We cannot accept any returned or exchanged items which are without quality issues after you have confirmed to receive them.
Items with quality issues
We accept returned or exchanged items that are with quality issues.
- If you choose to return the products, you should contact our customer Service Centerand send photos or videos as proof. In this case, you could return the item after obtaining approval from our staff (We only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods), and we would issue a full refund to you after you return the items in good condition.
- If you choose to exchange the products, please send us photos or videos as proof to check first. After obtaining approval from our staff, you could send back the products. The exchanged items will be shipped after careful inspection.
- If the items were damaged during transportation, you should submit an application and send proof toour customer Service Center(photo, video) within 7 business days after the package was delivered to you. We will arrange to exchange or issue a full refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, marketable, and original. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the products back to the address on the package.
After you contact our customer service, the customer service staff will inform you of the return address. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without contacting our customer service in advance!
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
